Ingredients
- 8 Slices of Bacon
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 8 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- Shredded Cheese
- Red Potatoes, Sliced
- Green Peppers, Chopped
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the bacon, add sliced potatoes, cook for 12 - 15 minutes. Add onions and green peppers. Cook for another 3 - 4 minutes. Pour out the fat. While that's cooking in a small bowl stir together everything else except the cheese. Pour egg mixture over vegetables. Cook over medium heat 4 -5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over eggs.
