Ingredients
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp. Cholula Chipotle Hot Saunce
- 4 1" pork chops
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp canola oil

Step 1
Preheat gas grill
Zest/grate lime peel (no white - 1 tsp.) squeeze lime for juice (2 1/2 tsp.)
Whisk honey, pepper sauce, juice and zest until blended
Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then coat with oil (wash hands).
Place pork chops on grill and grill about 5-6 minutes on each side or until pork is 145 degrees. During last minute of grill time, baste both sides of chops with honey sauce.
Remove chops from grill and baste again, let stand 5 minutes to rest. Drizzle remaining sauce over chops and serve.
