  • 1 package fudge brownie mix -- 21 1/2 oz.
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.) -- softened
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Cond. Milk -- 14 oz
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract
  • green or red food coloring
  • Ready to spread chocolate frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare brownie mix as package directs. Spread into well-greased 13 by 9 inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes. In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs, extract and food coloring, mix well. Pour evenly over brownie. Bake 25 min. or until lightly browned; cool. Spread with frosting. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
