Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp anchovy paste
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce, or to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients; mixing well. Cover and refrigerate. Dressing will keep about one week. Makes 2 cups.
