Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pkg frozen peas
- 1 1/2 c celery
- 1/2 onion
- Sauce
- 1/2 c oil
- 1 Tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 3 tsps vinegar
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 1/2
- tbsp sugat
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
Mix rice with vegetables and chill overnight
Just before serving add sauce and a tin of chow mein noodles
Toss and serve
