Elaine's Easy Key Lime Pie

Rich and I are getting ready to go out to lunch so this is will be a "shorty! but I wanted to tell you that I made a Key Lime Pie yesterday and wanted to compare recipes with you. I thought it good and Richard really liked it but I would have wanted it even more tangy and tart. This was the recipe I used, simply:

Ingredients
- FILLING:
- 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
- ......................
- 6 ounce purchased graham cracker crust
- 8 ounce Cool Whip, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
Mix filling ingredients well and pour into graham cracker crust, cover with 2 cups Cool Whip, thawed, and refrigerate several hours.
Soooooo easy!! Be sure to bake the crumb crust first, according to the directions on the package.
