Ingredients
- Pastry for one-crust pie
- 1/2 lb. bacon, crisply fried and crumbled.
- 1 c. swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/3 c. onion, minced
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. whipping cream or light cream
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. sugar
- 1/8 t. cayenne pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pastry-lined pie pan.
Beat eggs slightly, adding in other remaining ingredients. Beat.
Pour cream mixture into pie pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 425
Reduce heat to 300, bake 30 minute or until knife comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting
