Ingredients

  • 1 chicken cooked, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 4oz can choped green chilies
  • 6-8 flour tortillas
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom or Chicken Soup
  • 1 soup can of chicken broth
  • Grated cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Saute onion in butter. Add soup, broth and green chilis. Bring to a boil. Layer tortillas, chicken and mixture (repeating two times) in a 9 x 13 pan. Cover with grated cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling
