- 2 1/2 pkgs
- 20 squares baking chocolate divided
- 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Melt 8 chocolate squares as directed on package. Beat cheese with mixer til creamy. Blend in melted chocolate . refirgerate until firm.
Shape into 36 balls. Place on waxed paper covered baking sheets. Melt remaining chocolate. Use fork to dip truffles, return to frig. Decorate then keep 1 hour in frig.
