Coconut Fruit Dip

Ingredients
- • 1 can (8 ounces) crushed unsweetened pineapple, undrained
- • ¾ cup milk
- • ½ cup (4 ounces) sour cream
- • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant coconut cream pudding mix
- • Fresh pineapple, grapes and strawberries

Preparation
Step 1
In a blender, combine the first four ingredients; cover and process for a minute or until smooth.
Chill for about 1 hour.
Serve with fruit.
(If you can not find coconut cream pudding, I use vanilla with 1 tsp. coconut extract added
