Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Blue Bonnet® regular sticks, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine flour and baking soda; set aside.
2. In a large bowl, with on electric mixer at medium speed, beat Blue Bonnet®, 1 cup sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs,- beat for 1 minute. Gradually stir in flour until blended. Chill dough for 2 hours.
3. Roll out the dough on lightly floured surface to a 1/4-inch thickness. Using cookie cutters, cut dough into desired shapes; transfer to prepared baking sheets.
4. Boke at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer to wire rack ond let cool.
5. Decorate cookies with icing as desired. Let cookies stand until decorations are set. Wrap and store at room temperature for up to one week.
