- Rye bread
- Low fat cream cheese
- Lox

Preparation
Step 1
1. Slice rye bread into 2in x 2in or so squares. Bake the squares in a 350 degree oven until they are dried out.
2. Let the bread cool completely.
3. Cut the lox into 1/2 oz or so pieces.
4. Spread 1 tsp or so cream cheese on each piece of rye bread and top with lox.
Note: Sprinkle with chives if desired.
