County Fair Maidrites

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
• 2 T. onion, diced
• 1 1/2 t. salt
• 1/4 t. pepper
• 1 1/4 c. catsup
• 1 1/2 T. mustard
• 1 T. quick-cooking oats, uncooked
• 1 1/2 t. brown sugar, packed
• 1/4 t. Worcestershire sauce
• 4 hamburger buns, split

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat; drain. Add onion, salt and pepper; cook until onion is transparent. Add remaining ingredients except buns; stir and simmer until heated through. Spoon onto buns.

Serves 4.
