Preparation
Step 1
Chai Vodka: Combine vodka, cinnamon sticks, candied ginger, black peppercorns, whole cloves, and cardamom pods. Cover and let stand at least 1 day or up to 3 days, strain and pour into bottles. keeps for up to 2 months.Spicy Citrus Vodka: Combine vodka with grapefruit zest and jalapenos. Cover and let stand 1 day. Strain and pour into bottles. Keeps for up to 2 months.Cucumber Tarragon Vodka: Combine vodka, cucumber, and fresh tarragon. Cover and let stand at least 1 day or up to 2 days. Strain and pour into bottles. Keeps for up to 2 months.
