Ingredients
- Crust
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup butter
- Cream Cheese Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 2 tbs flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Lemon Filling
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1/4 cup lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Place crust ingredients in a bowl and cut in ingredients until mixture sticks together. Press into a 15 x 10 inch pan, price and bake 14-16 min.
Cream the cheese and add remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over crust and bake 6-7 minutes.
Place filling ingredients into another bowl except for juice. Mix until combined and slowly add lemon juice, mix until well blended. Pour over cheese filling and bake 14-16 minutes. Cool completely in pan.
