Ingredients

  • Peanut Butter Bars
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter**
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Peanut Butter Oreo cookie chunks*
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Peanut Butter Frosting
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter**
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 6 Tablespoons milk

Step 1

Cream the butter and sugars. Add the egg, vanilla, and peanut butter and cream again. Sift together the dry ingredients and slowly beat in. Stir in the cookie chunks by hand.
Spread the mixture in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes. Remove from the oven. Let the bars cool for 5-10 minutes.
Beat the frosting ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over the warm bars. Let cool completely before cutting into 24 bars. Store in a sealed container on the counter.

Notes

*If you cannot find the Peanut Butter Oreos, feel free to substitute regular Oreos.

**You can also use a White Chocolate Peanut Butter in place of the regular if you can find it.
