- 3/4 STICK COLD BUTTER, SLICED

RINSE AND PAT DRY PORK CHOPS
SEASON PANKO CRUMBS WITH GARLIC SEASONING
DIP CHOPS IN EGG WASH THEN COAT WITH CRUMBS
PLACE IN BAKING DISH AND CUT UP BUTTER PIECES TO SURROUND.
COVER AND BAKE IN 375 DEGREE OVEN FOR 40 MINUTES
