• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup salad oil
• 1 box toasted coconut pudding mix -- instant
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• NUT MIX
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 4 teaspoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together first 7 ingredients as cake mix says. Grease bottom of tube pan. Put 1/3 nut mixture on bottom, 1/2 batter, 1/3 nut mix, 1/2 batter, 1/3 nut mix. Bake 350 oven 50-60 minutes.
