  • 1 ripe medium papaya,peeled and chopped into 1/4 inch(1/2-cm)dice
  • 1 ripe medium mango,peeled and cut into 1/2 cm dice
  • 1 small red onion,peeled and minced
  • 3 tbsp(45 ml)cilantro
  • 3 stems green onion,chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp pickled ginger
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • sugar,salt,pepper to taste
