TROPICAL FRUIT SALSA

This Salsa is well-suited to fish like mahi mahi,halibut,or tuna.Fish grilled over a wood flame,topped with the salsa and served with steamed basmati rice.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe medium papaya,peeled and chopped into 1/4 inch(1/2-cm)dice
- 1 ripe medium mango,peeled and cut into 1/2 cm dice
- 1 small red onion,peeled and minced
- 3 tbsp(45 ml)cilantro
- 3 stems green onion,chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp pickled ginger
- 1 tbsp garlic
- sugar,salt,pepper to taste
