Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Sirloin Roast
  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 14 oz. Can of Beef Broth
  • 1 8 oz. can of Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Dry Red Wine
  • 1/2 tsp. Thyme
  • 1 Onion

Step 1

Mix pepper, salt, beef broth, tomato sauce, red wine, thyme & onion. Poor over the roast.

Bake Roast on low at 300 for 2-3 hours or till almost tender.
Add potatoes, Carrots & Onion, then bake for another hour or till vegetables are tender.

OR you can put all in a crock pot and let it slow cook all day !
