Speckled Frog Sandwich Snacks

Snack time for the little one's can be creative and fun. Turn on some "Speckled Frog" music while eating and serve raisin "flies" and gold fish on the side. Consider green napkins cut into the shape of a lily pad for added affect. Makes a great snack for preschoolers.

Ingredients

  • 16 slices of cinnamon swirl bread
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 16 white chocolate chips
  • 16 mini chocolate chips
  • black, white & red frosting gel pens
  • frog cookie cutter

Preparation

Step 1

Spread cream cheese evenly over the bread to make a sandwich. Cut out frog shape firmly and before lifting, use a knife on the outside of the cutter for any pieces still attached. Consider turning the cutter upside and push the sandwich through for the best affect.

Use white chocolate chips for the eyes, then make black dots on each. Add a white speck to the black eye dot for more effect. Use the two mini chips for the nose.

Finally, add a smile & a red tongue for added affect. Enjoy!
