Mexican Lime Rice - Vegan

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups long-grain Rice
  • 3 cups Broth
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 cups Cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbls Fresh Lime Juice

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the rice, broth and salt in a rice cooker. When finished add cilantro & lime juice.
