Ingredients
- 2 1/1 cups obrien style potatoes
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 lb sausage, chopped
- 1/2 lb bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- Parmesan cheese for topping

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage and bacon, drain off part of the grease. Saute onions until clear. Add potatoes and cook until brown. Add beaten eggs. Next, add chopped tomatoes and top with cheese.
