Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 pack of semi-sweet chocolate chips plus 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 jar marshmallow cream
- 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Line a square pan with foil coated with pam
In a sauce pan over high heat, combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Use a wooden spoon to stir slowly until the butter melts, scraping sides to get all the sugar crystals.
Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Once it starts boiling, set a timer for 5 minutes and turn the heat to medium. Make sure it keeps boiling.
When the timer goes off remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips. Stir until melted. (Microwave marshmallow cream for 10 seconds in its container) Add marshmallow cream and beat with wooden spoon until blended. Add vanilla and mix well.
Immediately pour into pan. Cool at room temperature. Do not put in fridge.
