Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1/3 c. icing sugar
- 3/4 c. cornstarch
- 1 1/4 c sifted flour
- 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add cornstarch and flour, mix well. Refrigerate until it is easy to handle. Shape dough into 1: balls. Place ball in nuts that have been scattered on wax paper. Flaten out with bottom of a glass dipped in flour. With a spatula, place cookies on ungreased cookie sheet, nut side up.
Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes and cool. Frost with Bon Bon frosting.
