Ingredients
- 1 Pineapple
- 6 Oranges, peeled and chopped
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 pink grapefruit, peeled and quartered

Preparation
Step 1
1. To prepare the pineapple, cut the bottom and the spiky top off the fruit, Stand the pineapple upright and cut off the skin, removing all the spikes and as little of the flesh as possible. Lay the pineapple on its side and cut into bite-size chunks.
2. Place the pineapple, oranges, lemon juice and grapefruit in a food processor or blender and process for a few minutes until combined.
3. Press the juice through strainer to remove any pith or membranes.
