- 1-1/2 pts. oysters
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Step 1
Drain the oysters. Beat eggs well. Add the milk and beat again. Dip each oyster in the egg mixture, then dip each slightly into seasoned flour. Fry in deep fat 375 for 2-1/2 minutes.
