  • Layer 8 slices of bread (crust removed)
  • 2 c. cubed ham or bacon
  • onion
  • green pepper
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper



Step 1

Layer 9X13 pan with bread, sprinkle meat, cheese and veggies over bread layer. Top with another layer of bread. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over top. Cover with foil and refrigerate over nite. Remove from refrigerator and bring to room temperature. Top with 2 c. crushed corn flakes and 1/2 c. melted butter. Bake 1 hour @ 350.
