Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 stick butter, room temp
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- filling: marshmallow creme
- topping: chocolate ganache

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Beat butter in mixer until light and fluffy. Add sugar, beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add flour mix alternating with milk. Add vanilla.
Scoop into cupcake pans, filling each 2/3 way full. Bake 15-18 minutes.
After cooling, core cupcakes and fill with marshmallow creme. Replace tops, dip in ganache, and add marshmallow swirl on top.
