Ingredients
- MEATBALLS
- 4-5 slices stale bread, soaked in milk (squeeze milk out before adding to other ingred.)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- parsley
- pinch of Allspice
- garlic salt
- salt
- pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 palm-fulls DiGiorno grated Parmesan Cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- SAUCE
- 28 oz. can Hunt's Organic Crushed Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Sidari's Pesto Sauce
- salt
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix meatball ingred., form into 8 giant balls. Put a small piece of mozzarella cheese in the middle of each meatball. Put on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Drizzle olive oil on meat balls. Bake in preheated 400-425 degree oven approx. 1/2 hr., turning once.
Mix sauce ingred. & simmer on top of stove until meatballs are done.
Serve with cooked spaghetti.
