- 1 can no-salt added peas
- Pinto beans
- Chopped spinach
- Chopped cooked white potatoes
- Small salad pasta
- Cumin
- Kirkland's no-salt seasoning
- Onion powder (or fresh green onions)
- Pepper
- Splash of Bragg's Liquid Aminos (optional. Omit for sos-free version.)
- Whatever veggies you need to use

Preparation
Step 1
Bring 1-4 cups water to a boil.
Add 1-3 cups small salad pasta. Cook until ALMOST fully cooked to your preference. Drain pasta. Set aside.
In a separate pot, bring 1-4 cups water (single serve - family size portion) to a boil. Add 1/2 - 1 small can of tomato paste, depending on the serving size being made.
Let paste dissolve completely.
Add spices TO YOUR TASTE LIKING!

Add pasta, peas, chopped spinach, pinto beans (or kidney beans), onions (optional), and potatoes (optional); let all cook together.
