Lemon Squares Deluxe

Ingredients

• 2 cups sifted flour
• 1/2 cup sifted confectioner's sugar
• 1 cup Oleo
• 4 beaten eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Sit flour and confectioner's sugar
Cut in oleo until mixture clings
Press into greased 13 x 9 x 2" pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25"

Beat eggs, sugar, lemon juice
Sift 1/4 cup flour and baking powder
Stir into egg mixture
Pour over baked crust
Bake at 350 degrees for 25"
Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar
