Step 1
Mix all liquids and spicesMarinate all veggies in half mixture for 2 hoursTo the same with the beef Broil or barbeque the meat 6-7 minutes on each side for med-rareSlice thin across grain,Drain veggies and serve w/meat. This is the original recipe, you can use any veggies you have in for fridge, I have usedfresh corn on the cob, string beans, snow peas, mushrooms, red and orange peppers for color.I use greek olives instead of black, I also saute the onions for added flavor and when youhad this at my house i added a lot of fresh mint!
