Corn stuffing balls

Ingredients
- Sauté 1/2 cup chopped onion and 1/2 cup chopped celery
- In 4 Tbl. butter
- Add 1 can creamed corn, 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp. poultry seasoning,
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Bring to a boil and pour over 1 box of stuffing mix or 3 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix.
- Stir in 3 eggs beaten
- Shape into balls or use a mini scoop. Place in a baking dish.
- Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over the balls and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
