Ingredients
- 2 Cups cooked cut-up chicken (bite size pieces)
- 1 Cup chopped celery
- 2 Cups cooked rice
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 Cup mayonaise
- 1/2 onion chopped fine
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 Cup slivered almonds
- 1 Cup Peppridge Farm Bread Crumbs or herb flavored stuffing.
- 2 Tblsp. butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Mix chicken, celery, rice, soups, mayo, onion, chestnuts and almonds together and place in a 9x9 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with: Peppridge Farm Bread Crumbs or herb flavored stuffing crumbs mixed with melted butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
