Ingredients
- 3 large rocks, cleaned
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into small slices
- 1 lb tuna, cut into small slices
- 1 lb shrimp, shelled and cut in half
- various sauces for dipping
- rock salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Clean and scrub rocks, place on grill over high heat for 1 hour.
2. Prepare meats by slicing into thin bite size pieces about 1" square. Lay out sauces in small bowls.
3. Line big bowls with rock salt, making sure rocks won't touch sides.
4. Carefully remove rocks from grill with tongs and place in bowls with rock salt.
5. Dip meat in sauce, then sear on both sides against hot rocks. For shrimp, make sure its cooked through.
