Ingredients

  • 3/4 c plus 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 c water

Preparation

Step 1

Sift flour and salt in a bowl
Make a well in the center and pour in milk
Stir the milk and beat in the eggs
Add water
Beat the batter,by hand, until large bubbles form on the surface
Heat fat in the pan until hot
Pour in the batter
Bake 20 min in oven preheated to 400
Reduce heat to 350 and bake 10-15 min longer
