Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 lb. Bittersweet Chocolate
- 1 Qt Heavy Cream
- 6 eggs 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (Oreo, with centers removed)
- 6 tbsp. (3/4 stick) melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate in double boiler and set aside. Whip cream to semi-firm peaks and set aside. Whip eggs and sugar until pale yellow. Fold in melted chocolate. Fold in whipped cream. Chill.
Crust:
Combine 2 cups cookie crumbs, melted butter in a medium bowl and mix well. Firmly press the crub mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate or springform pan.
Preheat oven to 375. Bake for 8 minutes. Cool before filling.
Serve with whipped cream on top.
