- ½ cup of soft butter
- ¼ cup light cassonade
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup of flour
- candied cherries cut in halves

Mix everything to a paste.
Roll on floured surface and cut with mold.
Decorate with a half cherry.
Cook at 300 for 8-10 minutes
