  • 1-1/2 CUPS SKIM MILK
  • 3 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
  • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
  • 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1/4 TEASPOON CINNAMON
  • 1/2 CUP BUTTER
  • 2 LARGE PEELED APPLES OR PEACHES SLICES
  • 4 TABLESPOONS BROWN SUGAR
  • 1 CUP FLOUR

Preparation

Step 1

1. WHISK EGGS, MILK, FLOUR, SUGAR, VANILLA, , SALT AND CINNAMON IN LARGE BOWL.

2. PLACE BUTTER IN 9X 13 GLASS PAN IN OVEN UNTIL BUTTER MELTS.

3. ADD FRUIT SLICES.

BAKE 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL BUTTER SIZZLES ( DO NOT ALLOW BUTTER TO BROWN)

POUR BATTER ON PEACHES SPRINKLE WITH BROWN SUGAR

BAKE 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL NICELY BROWNED AND PUFFED.
