By MommaRode
A fun recipe that the boys used to enjoy. I'm not even sure that they make flower pots you can cook in anymore. Perhaps at one of the kitchen supply stores...

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450F. Cook, bone and skin chicken (if you bought it pre-cooked, cut up into pieces - remove any bones). Saute diced chicken in olive oil.
Add remainder of ingredients. Cook in saucepan on medium-low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cut pie dough circles into sixths. Line the sprayed/floured pots with 3 triangles of dough in each pot with points on the bottom. Press dough together on the bottom of the pots. Spoon chicken mixture into pots. Pull dough which is hanging over the edges of the pots over the top. Sit pots on baking sheets and bake in oven for 30 minutes.
