Ingredients

  • 1 ball store bought dough.
  • 1 can Alfredo sauce
  • 1 can artichoke hearts (quartered)
  • 1 bag frozen spinach
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1 package shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Before you begin take out the dough to make sure it rises enough. Also take the spinach out and let it thaw out completely in the sink.

If you didn't purchase precooked chicken, cook the chicken completely! (we baked it in the oven. You can do it how ever you want.) Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Spread the dough on a pizza pan, use flour so it doesn't stick as much.

Spread the Alfredo sauce over the dough. Make sure you leave the edges clear for the crust.

Squeeze as much water as you can out of the artichoke hearts and spinach. Then sprinkle them over the pizza. (I only used about half of the frozen spinach, but feel free to use as much as you would like).

Sprinkle the bite size chicken on top of the spinach and artichokes.

Finally, sprinkle on the delicious cheese!!!

Depending on how big you make your pizza or if you use a stone or a pan the pizza can take anywhere from 20-30 minutes to cook. So keep checking on it. I use a pizza stone normally and it takes about 20 minutes.
