Ingredients
- 2/3 C. Bisquick
- 2 T. water
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 C. Old el Paso thick chunky salsa
- 1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 t. oil
- 3 boneless cooked chicken breast, cut into 1/2" pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Mix Bisquick, water and egg. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with 1 1/4 C. cheese. Heat chicken and salsa until hot. Spoon over batter within 1/2" of edge. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with rest of cheese. Bake 1 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
