- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups pitted, halved cherries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- For the Crisp Topping
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 Tablespoons butter
- Vanilla Ice Cream

Step 1
Combine the blueberries and cherries in a 2 quart casserole dish. Stir together the sugar, flour, cinnamon, and coconut and toss with the berries.
Combine the flour, oats, sugar, coconut, and cinnamon. Cut in the cold butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Spread over the berry mixture in the pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Remove and serve warm with vanilla ice cream, if desired. Store in a covered container.
