Creamy Waldorf-Astoria Salad

Ingredients

• 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese. softened
• 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoon orange or pineapple juice
• 3 large unpeeled apples, cubed
• 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
• 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
• 2 tablespoons golden raisins
• leaf lettuce

Step 1

Combine cream cheese, sugar and juice in small bowl, stir well and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients except lettuce in medium bowl. Add cream cheese mixture to apple mixture, toss gently. Cover and chill several hours. Toss again. Serve in lettuce-llined bowl.
