Ingredients

  • Bacon, diced
  • red onion, diced
  • orange zest
  • juice of 1 orange
  • 3 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
  • 1/4 cup chopped golden raisins (if not already in cranberry sauce)
  • 1 cup leftover cranberry sauce (or 1 14 oz. can)

Preparation

Step 1

Fry bacon until crisp, drain on paper towels.

Saute red onion in bacon fat, add some orange zest and juice of 1 orange. Add remaining ingredients and heat to blend flavors.

Use over chicken breast - top with bacon bits. serve with sweet potatoes.
