• 1 t lemon zest
• 1/4 t pepper
• 1 T lemon juice
• 1 lg egg
• 1 pound white fish
• S&P
• 1/2 c pineapple
• 1/3 c ketchup
• 1 t soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Coat fish. Bake @ 425 on rack for 12 min. Combine ketchup ingredients.
