    small onion

    oz. tomatoe pasta

    oz. tomotoe pasta

  • 1/2

    oregano

  • 1/2

    tsp. thyme

  • 1/2

    crushed red pepper

  • 1/4

    tsp. garlic salt

  • 2/3

    - 16 oz. pkg. lasagna noodle (14)

    eggs

  • 15

    oz. ricotta cheese

  • 16

    oz. diced mozzarella chees

Directions

Cook ground beef and onion until all juices are evaporated, stir frequently. Add tomatoe and spices. Heat to boil, reduce to low and cover and simmer 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Prepare noodles as directed and drain. Arrange 1/2 noodles overlapping to fit. Combine eggs and ricotta cheese and spoon 1/2 of mixture over noodles, sprinkle 1/2 of mozzarella and top with sauce, repeat and top with cheese. Bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove and cool 10 minutes.
