Strawberry Bread

Ingredients

• 3 cups of mashed strawberries-drain 1/2 cup of juice
• and reserve for topping
• 3 cups of flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 2 cups of sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 1/4 cups of oil
• 4 well beaten eggs
• 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, sugar and salt with mixer at medium speed. Stir in strawberries, oil and eggs by hand. Mix well. Pour into 2 greased 9x5" loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

Topping:
Blend reserve strawberry juice with 8 oz. softened cream cheese. Drizzle over loaves.
